General Instructions: While in a seated position use the CryoSphere on a clean towel laid on a non-skid floor surface such as a carpeted floor or rug. For best results, slowly roll the CryoSphere back and forth under the foot with the desired amount of force concentrating on the more painful areas. Recommended treatment time is approximately 4-6 minutes. Do not place more than 25 pounds of pressure on the CryoSphere. To do so may result in an elevation in pain, further injury or damage to the product. The duration of the massage and the amount of the pressure you should apply will vary depending on the severity of your pain. If symptoms worsen during use, decrease the amount of pressure or the length of treatment. If adverse effects persist, discontinue using the CryoSphere and consult a physician.
Note: Results may be enhanced when used in conjunction with stretching, medication, or other therapy interventions.
